Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ViralBox ("the Software"), operated at viralbox.ai. By purchasing or using ViralBox, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon completing a one-time purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ViralBox for personal or commercial content creation. This license includes:

• Lifetime access to all current features.
• Access to future updates at no additional cost.
• Use on a reasonable number of devices you personally own or control.

This license is for a single user. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Software.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ViralBox only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Software to create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or licensing mechanisms.
• Use the Software to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Share your license credentials with others or operate the Software as a service for third parties.

3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Responsibility

ViralBox requires you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI services (e.g., Google Gemini, ElevenLabs). You are solely responsible for:

• Any costs incurred through your API usage with these providers.
• Complying with the terms of service of each API provider.
• The security and management of your API keys.

ViralBox is not liable for any charges, data loss, or service disruptions caused by third-party API providers.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or process using ViralBox. We claim no rights to your videos, clips, or any derivative content produced by the Software.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any source material you process through ViralBox.

5. Intellectual Property

ViralBox, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ViralBox and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership of the Software itself.

6. Payment and Refunds

ViralBox is a one-time purchase product. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change for future purchases.
• Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the Software.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact us at the email below to request a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Interruptions or errors in third-party services accessed via your API keys.
• Content moderation decisions made by social media platforms where you publish.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to ViralBox will be disabled.
• You must cease all use of the Software.
• Content you created prior to termination remains yours.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of ViralBox after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
